Help With Your User ID.

Create User ID: There are three ways to participate in fundraising with Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan. Either, be a team member, or be a captain of the team, or participate as an individual. The last two methods require that you create an user Id that you will use to login and design your fundraising page. If running the show is not your style then search for a team page and click its Join Team button.

Change E-Mail: If you change your E-Mail address then you should use the change email form to modify your E-Mail address. If you are not receiving E-Mails and you have confirmed that he E-Mail you entered is correct then look in your Junk E-Mail folder to see if the E-Mail is there. If you found your E-Mail in the junk E-Mail folder then mark the message as not spam and if there is an option to accept all mail from noreply@leukemiamichigan.com then do that option also. If that option does not exist then add noreply@leukemiamichigan.com as a contact in your mail client. Most spam filters will allow any e-mail from a user that is in your contact list.

Recover Password: If you have forgotten your password then use the recover password form to have your password sent to your E-Mail address. Note that this feature does require that you have a valid E-Mail address and your spam filters are not blocking messages from noreply@leukemiamichigan.org

Change Password: Use the change password form to modify your password. A confirmation letter with your login information will be sent to your E-Mail address. Passwords must be at least six characters long.
